Mnemonic- ABCDE

A- Anticoagulants ( to prevent embolisation)

B- Beta blockers (to slow down the heart rate)

C- Calcium channel blockers (to slow down the heart rate)

D- Digoxin (to slow down the heart rate)

E- Electrocardioversion (to convert the rhythm to sinus rhythm)
